Reliable Products. Efficient Logistics. Dependable Service.
American Material Group is a regional distributor of supplementary cementitious materials, concrete reinforcement fibers, and cement admixtures serving the construction, refractory, and energy sectors across the Sunbelt states and Michigan. Our purpose is to provide an unparalleled experience for every customer through exceptional product quality, knowledgeable technical support, and logistics built around the realities of construction timelines.
Our team brings deep industry knowledge in concrete chemistry, material performance, and field application across high-performance concrete, shotcrete, precast manufacturing, oil and gas cementing, and refractory systems. We work directly with project engineers, architects, ready-mix producers, and general contractors to understand project-specific requirements and recommend the optimum material solution at the most competitive cost.
American Material Group’s philosophy is built on three principles that define every aspect of our operations:
We stand by our commitments. From product quality to delivery schedules, our customers have confidence that American Material Group will perform as promised, every time.
Every product we distribute meets or exceeds applicable ASTM and AASHTO standards. We utilize rigorous quality control protocols and work with sourcing partners who maintain the highest manufacturing and environmental compliance standards in the industry.
Environmental responsibility is embedded in our business model. From ethically sourced materials and responsible packaging to products that directly reduce the carbon footprint of concrete construction, sustainability is not an initiative — it is how we operate.
Our team stays current with industry advances, evolving specifications, and emerging material technologies. We provide customers with the technical knowledge required to make informed material decisions for the most demanding project specifications.
American Material Group’s leadership team combines executive management experience with hands-on knowledge of the supplementary cementitious materials industry. Our leadership is directly involved in supplier relationships, customer technical support, logistics coordination, and strategic growth — ensuring that every decision is informed by the operational realities of material distribution and the performance requirements of our customers’ projects.
As Chief Executive Officer, Alandon Ebenhoeh is responsible for the overall strategic direction, operations, and growth of American Material Group. Alandon oversees all aspects of the company’s business development, supplier partnerships, and market expansion across the Sunbelt states and Michigan, working to position American Material Group as a premier regional source for supplementary cementitious materials, concrete fibers, and cement admixtures.
In addition to executive leadership, Alandon is directly engaged in the day-to-day operations that define a distributor in the SCM industry: negotiating supply agreements, managing inventory and logistics, evaluating product quality and sourcing integrity, and building the customer relationships that are the foundation of American Material Group’s reputation. He works closely with project engineers, ready-mix producers, and general contractors to understand their material requirements and ensure that American Material Group delivers the right product, to the right site, on the right schedule.
Alandon’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that a material distributor’s value extends far beyond logistics. By combining technical product knowledge with responsive service and competitive pricing, American Material Group provides customers with a true partnership — one that supports their projects from specification through delivery and beyond.
As Chief Financial Officer, Henry Hebda manages the financial strategy, planning, and operational controls that enable American Material Group to deliver competitive pricing, reliable supply, and sustainable growth. Henry’s financial leadership ensures that the company maintains the fiscal discipline and capital allocation necessary to support inventory commitments, logistics infrastructure, and the long-term supplier relationships that are critical to consistent product availability.
Beyond traditional financial management, Henry’s role reflects the full scope of distributor operations in the SCM industry. He is directly involved in contract pricing and bid support for large-scale infrastructure projects, cost analysis for custom material solutions, and the financial planning that allows American Material Group to maintain competitive positioning across diverse market conditions. His oversight extends to risk management, insurance and bonding requirements, and the vendor payment structures that sustain strong sourcing partnerships.
Henry’s approach to financial leadership is grounded in the understanding that a distributor’s financial health is inseparable from its operational performance. By aligning financial strategy with supply chain efficiency, customer credit management, and inventory optimization, he ensures that American Material Group can deliver on its commitments to customers while investing in the capabilities and market presence needed for continued growth.
American Material Group delivers the combination of product quality, technical knowledge, and operational responsiveness that project teams require from a materials partner. Our regional focus allows us to provide the personalized service and delivery reliability that national distributors cannot match, while our product portfolio covers the full range of supplementary cementitious materials, concrete fibers, and admixtures needed for today’s most demanding specifications.
